Kyo Hachi is the very latest Japanese
restaurant under the umbrella of the RC Gastronomic Group. Located
at The Peak Tower, it offers the most tempting cuisine complemented
by the most stunning scenery. The open design incorporating massive
windows and a glass ceiling not only introduces natural light to
create a delightful, comfortable feeling, but also brings the spectacular
views from The Peak in to form part of the restaurant’s ambience.
Kyo Hachi’s colourful menu features both diversity and harmony,
as it marries fresh Japanese and local produce with international
ingredients. In addition to the main restaurant, Kyo Hachi has
several special features, including an open teppanyaki counter
with a “live show” performed by the restaurant’s peerless chefs
as well as a splendid central sushi bar.
